Sub-contract work

Harmill Systems also undertake fabrication, sheet metal work and welding on a sub-contract basis with our client base spread over industries ranging from hygienic food, chemical and pharmaceutical products, through to specialised machine construction, bespoke architectural fabrications and general sheet metal and fabricated components.From 1 off specials through to small and large batch production.

Our highly skilled team can offer a fast effcient service in a variety of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.

Finishes offered include metal polishing, powder coating, anodising and galvanising.

Further to this Harmill also employ skilled fitting and assembly staff, which means that a customer's machine can be manufactured sully assembled and tested on a 'build to print' basis.

We have the latest 3D and 2D CAD software to handle all drawing file types and can assist with design requirements if necessary in order that our customers get a product that can be manufactured effciently and economically.

Within out 10,000 sq ft factory we undertake CNC bending, punching, brush insertion, milling and turning, MIG TIG stick and spot welding on both ferrous and non ferrous materials, and a variety of operations associated with general fabrication.
