Save Time and Improve Safety
Manipulators allow safe removal and installation of heavy items on trains. Fewer people can perform the task and safety is greatly improved. Train maintenance depots that have installed our manipulators would never go back to the old, less safe way of doing things!
Manipulators can be used in centre or side pits, swimming pool pits or on level roads. Rail mounted types can be pushed with ease even with a full load.
The hydraulic lift can be either manual or battery powered.
Dimensions can be customised to suit any pit. Specialised tooling can be manufactured to suit any equipment to be removed.
Tool changes are simple, being accomplished in a few minutes.
The manipulator can be equipped with a tilting head that allows precise positioning.
On roads with jacks, manipulators can run on the standard gauge rails.
